Key Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain contact with developers, property owners, and market partners to gather offers and build a diverse portfolio aligned with Orfali’s strategic priorities.
Manage property portfolios from intake through sale or listing, ensuring each asset is positioned accurately within our market offerings.
Evaluate market conditions and opportunities to identify real investment potential for clients actively seeking properties to buy or sell.
Coordinate the presentation of properties to internal teams and support client engagement with accurate, up-to-date portfolio information.

Role Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate sector, ideally in Turkey’s market.
Strong command of English, Turkish, and Arabic — spoken and written — to support communication across local and international stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop business relationships and negotiate effectively with developers, owners, and partners at various levels.
Organized, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities.

You’ll help grow our portfolio by sourcing high-potential opportunities, managing existing listings, and ensuring our clients receive clear, data-driven guidance on market opportunities.
