Key Responsibilities

Market and sell off-plan and resale properties across Istanbul.
Maintain full knowledge of current real estate projects and market trends.
Conduct property presentations and client meetings professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and property owners.
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Coordinate internally to ensure accurate project positioning and communication.

Role Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate sector in Turkey.
Strong understanding of Istanbul’s real estate projects and market dynamics.
Fluency in English plus additional language(s) (Arabic preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Professional appearance and client-focused mindset.
Ability to work full-time from the Istanbul office.
